No. Allocated hours are for each month and do not roll over. That being said, we will, at our discretion, perform tasks for you that exceed your monthly allotted time using the next month’s allotted time.

For example, if you have 1 hour of allotted time in January and you need 2 hours of design time, our website management services will use January’s hour and February’s hour in advance for a task that needs to be done in January. The following month’s allotted time will be used in the process. Your next allotted hour will be available in March.
