Refund Policy

We have prepared this Refund Policy to explain when you can request a refund with respect to products and services acquired from North Georgia Web or through us from our partners and/or affiliates (collectively “Services”).

General Terms

General terms apply to all refund eligible Services. In addition, there may be special term(s) that apply to a specific product and/or service and those are outlined below.

  • In no event is the same Service eligible for more than one refund.
  • Service(s) must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.
  • No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause.
  • If purchased Service(s) include free domain name registration as part of a promotion or sale of the Service(s), and you cancel the purchased Service(s), the standard price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the standard price for the domain, you must either elect to pay the difference or forfeit the domain, in which case, ownership of the domain will revert back to North Georgia Web.
  • All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars: you, the customer, bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate(s) between the time of payment and the time of refund.
  • Unless you request otherwise, refunds will be credited to your North Georgia Web account balance. Purchases made using North Georgia Web account funds can only be refunded as account credit. Purchases made by credit card or PayPal may be refundable to the source of payment. North Georgia Web is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card company or PayPal in the case of refund.
  • Any processing fee(s) will be deducted from a refund.

Additional refund requirements may apply based on specific terms and conditions notified to you when purchasing any Service(s).

Special Terms

Domain Name Registration

  • Unless this Refund Policy specifically provides for a refund, all fees for domain name registrations and related domain name Service(s) are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current registration term.
  • New domain name registrations may be refundable, at the sole discretion of North Georgia Web, if you, the registrant, cancel the domain name registration for a valid reason and the cancellation is processed within 3 days (72 hours) after registration. Please note that, in some cases, cancellation and refund are not available for new domain registrations due to restrictions imposed by the applicable registry or registry operating company.
  • No refunds are available for fees paid for After Market Domain Names unless your After Market Domain Name registration is rejected or cancelled by North Georgia Web, the registry or the third party seller.
  • No refunds are available for fees paid for Premium Domain(s).
  • No refunds are available for fees paid for any of the following:
    • Additional fees paid for Pre-Orders, Sunrise or Landrush periods or participation in an Early Access Program; or
    • Fees paid for related Service(s) such as a PremiumDNS service for the domain in question.
  • In the case of an unsuccessful attempt to transfer a domain name to North Georgia Web, we will automatically refund any fees paid as an account credit.

Web Services and Design

Please read and understand this refund policy carefully. All points given are part of Aunica Media LLC’s refund and guarantee disclaimer adhering to US State Laws.

This is in reference to the Digital products and Services on this website. We do not issue refunds for digital products and services once the order is confirmed and you have completed the checkout process. In addition, no refunds will be issued for digital products and services after a product is sent or services have been purchased and/or rendered. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. We also recommend to contact us for assistance if you have any issues with the services that were rendered to you. All Sales Are Final.

  • Refunds cannot be issued once you avail of our digital services and work orders go through approval phase. A refund is not possible for work already completed under Aunica Media LLC.
  • No partial refunds for projects that are halfway through the execution phase.
  • All White Label Web and Marketing service packages are non-refundable. However. if the client wishes to file a refund claim, it has to be given with a written notice 30 days in advance.
  • Hourly support work orders are to be paid in advance and do not qualify for refunds. Unused time in your hourly support contract can be used for credit towards upcoming work.
  • Refunds will not be granted on payments/deposits for inactive or abandoned projects.
  • The cut-off time for these projects is within 30 days only.
  • If you opted for a payment plan with Aunica Media LLC, all of the payments must be completed as there are no cancellations for payment plans. However, if the client still wishes to file for a refund claim, your request and completed assessments must be submitted no sooner than 30 days following your payment.
  • Refunds will not be granted for those who download our white label Bonus Materials such as our Case Studies, Portfolio, Onboarding Documents & Agency Contracts and move to promptly ask for cancellation or refund of their membership. We reserve the right to deny your refund request. Aunica Media LLC’s white label services and materials are not designed for people to steal them.
  • All services rendered for the client are made at their own risk—no guarantees, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads are non-refundable, as this also adheres to the rules set by Facebook and Google. Money spent for ads on these platforms are solely for this purpose and can never be returned to the entity who runs the campaign. You should not spend any sum of money, no matter how great or small on paid ads campaigns & services if you cannot afford to lose it entirely with no return, results, revenue or profit of any kind.
  • Immediate results are not guaranteed by Aunica Media LLC. As Google notes, it is forbidden for any SEO or PPC marketer to guarantee an immediate #1 position as it is dictated solely by algorithms and how effective the campaign’s execution is. Constant communication with us is important to keep track of your campaigns.
  • Subscription Plan Cancellation: You can cancel your Subscription Plan by submitting a ticket within your Agency Dashboard, all cancellation requests must be made with 30 day notice and are non-refundable.
  • Upgrading and Downgrading your Subscription Plan: We require a 30 day notice if you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan. To switch your plan simply open a ticket within your Agency Dashboard and our Customer Success will adjust your subscription plan and notify you of your next billing cycle.
  • Retainer Plans: Retainer Plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable; your Retainer Plan funds will be credited directly into your Fulfillment Center in the form of Store Credit. These store credits can be used to pay for invoices and ordering new projects. Any unused funds will be carried over for up to three (3) months as long as your account remains open. If you wish to cancel your Retainer Plan or stop monthly billing, we require 30-day advance notice in writing via a support ticket so that our team can process the request.
  • Store/Service Credits: Refunds cannot be issued once store credits are purchased and added to your account. Store credits will remain in your account for up to ninety (90) days once ordered for you to use. If you wish to pause or cancel your account please contact us at admin@northgeorgiaweb.

Aunica Media LLC is in the business of working with digital agencies to improve their revenue and profitability, but the majority of systems, corporations, and people who come into play in a marketing, sales, and business scenario are completely beyond our control. Please do not sign up for our Membership Program or place orders for white label services if you cannot reasonably afford and/or are not confident about investing in these services without a guarantee of expected ROI. Again, marketing in general is a risk, and we are committed to help you through it.

Private Email

  • Unless this Refund Policy specifically provides for a refund, all fees for private email and related Service(s) are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your private email Service(s) are suspended or terminated prior to the end of your then current contract term.
  • If you purchase Private Email Services for a domain name not registered with North Georgia Web, you must confirm your ownership of the associated domain name. If you fail to provide satisfactory proof of ownership (or domain access rights) within forty-eight (48) hours from purchase, the purchased Service(s) will be cancelled and any fees paid will be automatically refunded as an account credit.

SSL Certificates

  • Unless this Refund Policy specifically provides for a refund, all fees for SSL Certificates are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
  • If a refund is available, fees for SSL Certificates will be refunded in the form of an account credit.
  • In order to qualify for a refund you must do one of the following within ninety (90) days after purchase: that is, you must 1) obtain issuance and thereafter make a written request for a refund within fifteen (15) days of that date; 2) attempt at issuance and be unsuccessful, in which case the refund will be credited to your account automatically; or 3) make no attempt at issuance but make a written refund request to North Georgia Web.

PremiumDNS

  • Unless this Refund Policy specifically provides for a refund, all fees for PremiumDNS and related Service(s) are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your PremiumDNS Service(s) are suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current contract term.
  • Fees for the Services may be refundable, at the sole discretion of North Georgia Web, if you cancel the Services within five (5) days after purchase.

Apps Marketplace

  • In most cases, Apps purchased or renewed through our Apps Marketplace may be refundable, at the sole discretion of North Georgia Web, if you request cancellation and refund within twenty-four (24) hours after purchase/renewal.
  • No refunds are available for Apps which provide an immediate, one-time service and/or incur fees directly related to the product provided: such as, but not limited to, North Georgia Web Legal.
  • If you purchase an App that provides for a trial period, you must cancel within the trial period to be eligible for any available refunds. That is, if you participate in a free trial period and thereafter continue to access or use the App after the trial period has passed, no refund is available.

Non-refundable Services

All other Services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Web Design
    G Suite upgrades and downgrades;
  • Transfers or renewals of domain name registrations;
  • Fees for recovery or reactivation of domain names;
  • Dedicated IP Addresses;
  • Any Services purchased or acquired at a reduced fee or on promotion; or
  • Any fees paid by you to North Georgia Web for providing non-service related support.

Refund Requests

If you think you are eligible for a refund, you can submit a helpdesk ticket here. You must include the following information in your request:

  • Why you are asking for a refund;
  • Transaction identifying information (e.g. account username, support pin, transaction number, domain name, date of purchase); and
  • Any additional information the Customer Service team asks for in order to process your refund request.
